Who Do I Call?

We are scheduled to arrive for AS Sports on June 11th and a couple days before I'd like to call to just "confirm" everything...we've asked for a specific area and also a crib so wanted to make sure they have that info. Do I call this 407 - W Disney # or the Direct # to AS Sports?

You should call CRO and make sure your requests are on your reservation. When you check in ask again for those requests.

As epcotfan posted you need to call CRO to confirm your reservation and double check your requests. The direct number to the hotel is to be used only after you have checked in.

Even then if you call the number for the resort chances are the CM is not at that resort. It goes to a call center.
