Who did you call for ENT rates?

I called the 1-800-50-Hotel number listed in my Entertainment book, the very rude reservation specialist informed me that all the rates for May 2004 were SOLD OUT ! I asked if maybe she meant "not available yet". She assured me that all the HRH rates for the Entertainment book for May 2004 were SOLD OUT.

Now, I'm going to ask the experts here...is she nuts or what. Please tell me the rates are just not available yet. Anyone have any experience with booking Ent rates directly with the HRH, or do I have to reserve through 1-800-50-Hotel?

Please give me hope!!!

That reservation person is nuts. There is no way the rates are sold out. The entertainment rate for May 2004 isn't out yet. I'm also waiting to book a room. They probably won't be out until Sept. or Oct. from what I've been told.

I call their reservation department and check that way.

Call 1-800-BE A STAR The rates for May are probably not even out yet, but that's the number where all three on site hotels can be booked.

I was certainly hoping that she was nuts! I'm getting into super trip planning mode and I can't have someone who doesn't know her "stuff" knocking me down. I knew I could count on the experts here to give me good advice.

I called 1800 "Be a star" today and the reservation office told me entertainment rates would come out probably in November, but to start checking in Oct. I HATE WAITING!

I called Universal directly....1-888-322-5541...this number is listed on mousesavers.com under the Universal Orlando savings section.

I called 1800BEASTAR on Monday (8/25) and the woman told me that the entertainment rates start getting loaded into the system around September. She suggested that I start calling once a week starting next week.
