Whispering Canyon Recipe??

Does anyone know where I might be able to get the recipe for the Apple Cider Salad Dressing they use at Whispering Canyon? It is very light and refreshing!! BTW, all of the food we had at Whispering Canyon was great. We had the skillet breakfast, yummy waffles, buffalo chicken salad at lunch and the dinner skillet w/apple crumb pie ala mode! Large portions, resonable prices and a lot of fun!!

Found this on a random internet search for what you asked.....the author claims it is from the Wilderness Lodge and sure sounds like what you are seeking:

Apple Vinaigrette Dressing
Wilderness Lodge
1-1/3 Cups Canola Oil
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Apple Juice Concentrate
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
Salt to taste
Place all ingredients, except Canola Oil and Salt in blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the Canola Oil in increments, blending between each addition Add salt to taste.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container
Yield: 15 ounces

It took me awhile but I searched, and finally found it for you, on of all places, the Disboards!
