Whispering Canyon for Vegetarians?

I know that the meat platter is the big seller at Whispering Canyon. Have any vegetarians eaten there? What was it like?

www.allearsnet.com shows a menu listing a vegetable stew at WCC for dinner. I KNOW I saw a picture of this on the sticky thread with Disney meal photos. I tried to search for it to give you a page reference but I messed it up! It looked great to me and I'm not a vegetarian!
