3 Adults. One will be working "remotely" during the day. One is an AP and will be visiting the parks, the other hanging at the pool. Which room would be better. They are almost the same price. Your thoughts? Note: This is in the time period when the BC will be closed. (hoping that SAB will be open as the NBA should be out by then.)

Yacht Club Standard. First, there are 2 beds, not one bed and a pull out sofa. Second, you'll be closer to the pool at YC. I have it on good authority that the plan is to open Stormalong when YC opens to the public. Of course, we live in a world where truly ANYTHING can happen, but that's the plan. I've stayed at both. BCV was very nice, but I sort of felt like I was in an apartment building rather than a resort. I'm sure that's a "me" thing, but for me it wasn't as 'in the mix' as YC is. I'll also be at YC while BC is closed, so given that I had the same choices as you did...and the experiences at both places...I chose YC.

Thanks for your thoughts. I've stayed at YC a handful of times and I agree that I think the room is a bit bigger.....I keep asking myself why am I giving up space for a microwave and toaster. LOL! And I've had good luck with the balconys at YC.....and they look tiny over at BCV. :groom:

Two real beds beat one real bed and a sleeper sofa (and the bunk sized murphy bed).

I agree with everyone else, YC! Full Balcony is nice plus more of a Disney feel
