Which would you choose?

I am taking my DD12 in Sept and have the hotel narrowed down to 3- HoJos, CCI and BW Park Place. This is our first trip to DL , we will not have a car but I don't mind walking as long as I am in a safe area. We will spend a little time at the pool and would like a hot tub but my first priority is a clean room and comfy bed.

Assuming you are getting about the same rate at all of them, I would probably pick the CCI. They are about the same distance as Hojo's, but the CCI does offer the shuttle and breakfast. I have not stayed at the BWPPI, but have heard ok things about it. Of course, its biggest draw is the location. You would not have to worry about the shuttle (although walking to the CCI isnt that bad if you miss the shuttle- it takes my family about 10 minutes/ its a 1/2 mile). Not sure about breakfast offered at the BWPPI. The beds at the CCI are super comfy. They are pillow top matteresses. When we were there last spring, new ones were being delivered during our stay. The grounds at the CCI are very pretty, and in my 3 stays I've never had a problem with the room not being clean.

You're going to get a lot of different answers on this since there are loyal fans of each place on this board.

I'm usually a HoJo loyalist, but because you are traveling with just your dd, I'm going to stick with Linda on this one and say CCI. Even though I've never stayed there myself, I have heard their beds are super comfy and the shuttle back to the hotel at night would be a nice luxury. Their rooms are smaller, but that shouldn't be a problem since there's just the two of you.

If for some reason pool becomes more important than comfy beds, I'd switch over to the HoJo. Their pool areas are great. Oh and during off-season periods you can get rates low as $54+tax a night with the ent. rate.

I vote for the BWPPI. I stayed there last week and it was great. The room was nice enough. But the location was awesome. The service there was great.

I second the vote for BWPPI. It is sooooooo close to DL, the rooms were big and clean, and the service was great. There is a free breakfast- not that great (some cereal, coffee, pancakes).

I would favour BWPPI on the basis of location, we had a look round this hotel as we may use it next trip. Really close and has a pool and hot tub. Both HoJos and CCI have a loyal following, HoJos has a really good pool complex, IMO the best outside the resort hotels we saw, CCI has a very small pool, really just a pool to get wet in as too small to swim in, CCI supplies a breakfast though and it is a "lowrise" style of Hotel, no big towers and the prettiest grounds of any of the hotels we looked at. Hojos and CCI are about the same distance to main gate and certainly up for debate how long it takes to walk it (But we won't open that one up again) Suffice to say its 10 - 20 minutes depending on walking speed and Crosswalk signal. I would look at comparative costs and decide on what features are most important...
