Which week would you choose for early 2017 trip?

We did our first Disney trip February 11-12 in 2015. It was perfect. The weather was lovely, just needed a light jacket in the mornings and evenings. We also swam at the resort one afternoon since the pool was heated.

We only did MK and DHS and didn't find it overly crowded at all. We didn't wait for more than 10-15 minutes on any ride at either park and used 4 FP at MK. At DHS, our FPs were not even needed (we didn't do the Toy Story ride though). The crowd calendars showed as low and it really made things great for a first visit. We rode the Haunted Mansion at least 5 times throughout the day and walked right in every single time. We did Splash mountain once and that was probably the longest wait. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad was also like 5-10 minutes with FP and We walked on to Space Mountain in the evening. By nightfall, Adventureland and Frontierland were pretty empty. It was great. Obviously, 7 dwarfs was a long line (FP was about 5 min wait) and meet and greets but we didn't do those. our longest wait, about 30 minutes, was at DHS to sign up for Jedi Training. We also managed to get BOG dinner reservations just a week beforehand. I had been stalking the app and several time slots opened up over the course of a couple weeks before our trip.
