Which TS @ MGM?

Which restaurant would you recommend at MGM? We've never done a table service at MGM. Our party includes me, DH, DD5 and DS2. I've looked at the menus and we can eat at any of them. I don't think we'll try for Fantasia this trip, but I'm not ruling it out yet.

The only one I've ever been to is Prime Time, and we loved it. My kids were 6 and 3 at the time. They had a blast.

FWIW, I wouldn't miss Fantasmic. It's one of my most favorite shows in the park!

Sci Fi is good for lunch, but their dinner menu is lacking some. We've gotten consistently good food at PT, huge portions and yummy homecooked meals - lunch and dinner. I had a fantastic dinner at Brown Derby last month and it's a new fave.

I wouldn't miss Fantasmic if you haven't been before =)

We really enjoyed Hollywood and Vine and 50's had a nice theme but I don't think the food was really that good

Another vote for Sci Fi for lunch. Huge burgers, great atmosphere.

We like Prime Time and Sci Fi. The kids learned quick at Prime Time when they didn't eat all their dinner and the waiter let the whole place know about it.

My kids now, dd8,dd6 and ds4 have been to Sci fi, PT and h&v several times and always love it. MGM does have the best park food. I would definitely recommend utilizing a Fantasmic dinner package. H&V is a great deal and the show is great. My hardest decision is always choosing between PT and Sci-fi for lunch. Good Luck!!

Ah, another case of you say potato I say (well, you know how it goes). We tried it when we were their in May because of the Fantasmic dinner package. I thought the food was great; better than the meal we had at Ohana's. I liked the small, finger-food desserts, too.
Of course, a lot depends on who's doing the cooking, how busy they are, etc.
