Which tower/floor at DLH?

Hey everyone! My bf and I are off to DL in 22 days. :cool1: We're staying at the DLH and I read a thread a while back about the shower heads being unusually low in many of the rooms. Somebody mentioned the Dreams Tower having shower heads that were regular height, but are there any other towers or specific floors where we can have normal shower heads? I know this might be an odd question but it has me a bit worried. This will be my first time staying at the hotel and I want our stay to be a good one! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You know - the shower heads won't make or break your vacation - they aren't that bad, or maybe I'm just that short (5'3''). ;)

You'll like any room you get - hopefully!

PS -Everyone jumps on the "me too" bandwagon when someone takes a step forward and has an "odd" complaint. Don't let it make or break your vacation - it's all opinions, and yours may be different. Think of all the forum members who didn't choose to post on that thread!

We just got back from DL last week, and stayed in the Dreams tower. My only complaint with the shower was the hard water.

The shower heads were fine for me (5'2) and I never heard my husband complain (and he's 6'1).

Enjoy your trip!

I have had two rooms at the Disneyland hotel. One in the Magic Tower and one in the Dreams tower. Both shower heads were the same height and not low at all. I had the room with two queen beds and a daybed. My bother had a room in the magic tower and he said the shower head was really low. He had a 2 queen bed room but no daybed. Maybe the rooms with daybeds have higher shower heads.

Thank you all for your help! We booked a standard room with 2 queen beds because that's what was offered to us. I didn't actually book the hotel, but it's my understanding that we are not assigned to any particular tower just yet. I'm still a bit confused about the towers because it seems like not all rooms are the same, even if they are located in the same tower. :confused3 Oh well, I suppose we can just ask about it when we get there. However, I will keep the Dreams and Magic Towers in mind.

It's true that the shower heads won't make or break our trip, but it would be nice not to have to think about it...
