We are headed to Disney in less than a month! :dancer: There are seven of us, so we have to watch our budget. We want to eat one time at each of the parks. Which restaurant would you recommend for each? It will be DH, DD 20. DS 19, his GF 18, DD 15, her BF 15, and of course, me! Thank you in advance! :earsboy: :earsgirl: princess: pirate: princess: princess: princess:

Congratulations on your first trip--I wish you many many more. Here's what I'd recommend based on my two criteria: giving you a one-of-a-kind WDW experience AND good food for your age group (lunch will be a bit less expense but the experience just as good): MGM--Sci Fi Drive Inn. MK--Cinderella's Castle. AK-FlameTree. EPCOT--Biergarten in Germany.
You will have a fabulous character meal in MK. Sci Fi is Disney Magic at it's best. Flame Tree is great food. EPCOT transports you into Germany as all the wait staff are native to Germany and they're so much fun to talk to. If you could, try to splurge for a Hoop De Doo or Ohanas at the Polynesian resort. If not, make sure you do them next trip. get on allearsnet.com to see specific menus if you have a picky group.  Wow--you just transported me back to our first trip so many years ago--what great memories you will build :goodvibes :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsboy: :earsgirl:

I would start by browsing the menus at www.allearsnet.com to see what your family might enjoy and what your budget allows. They are broken down my park. Then, you can come search for reviews on the restaurants that looked appealing, or post a thread and ask.

I can tell you my faves at each park:
Epcot: counter, just about anything in World Showcase but Mexico (think a step down from Taco Bell). table service: Marrakesh in Morocco

Magic Kingdom: counter: don't really have one. Table: CRT for dinner. We usually hit a resort for dinner there - like jump on the monorail to Poly for Ohanas - YUM!

AK: no faves, never eaten there. They only have one table service and it's RFC and I don't care for RFC's anywhere. The counters is supposed to be pretty good.

MGM: counter: none, they all stink ;) table: really really love Brown Derby, but 50's PT is great too. Sci Fi is great for the atmosphere

I think most of the great food is at the resorts, too, so you can see which resort restaurants you might want to try as a break from the parks, esp if you are already taking a break mid-day.

Also, since you've missed the 90 days out, you might have a hard time getting AR's for the hottest spots, so be sure and write down backup restaurants in case you can't get into certain ones.

I'd narrow them down and call ASAP to ensure you can get in someplace =) Good luck and have fun browsing the menus!

I would do Crystal Palace in MK, 50's Prime Time at MGM, LeCellier at Epcot, and Donalds Breakfastasaurus at AK! :Pinkbounc :cheer2: :Pinkbounc
