Which Restaurants Require 2 TS vouchers ?

Just planning our dining reservations and I'm curious how you know if a given restaurant will require two TS vouchers?

So all the TS in Epcot are only one? I've been having trouble finding out for sure about the ones in Epcot. I thought some of them used to be 2, and now I'm reading that they are all only one in some places and some are 2 in others. Confusing!

Hollywood Brown Derby at MGM
Cinderella's Royal Table (all 3 meals)
and the 3 dinner "shows": Hoop Dee Doo Revue, Polynesian Luau and Mickey's Backyard Bar-b-que.

you can see which resteraunts participate in the program, how many credits it requires, etc. It is the official one from disney and it is very easy to follow.
