We rented the EI villa from this site - and as you will see they also have villas on the other communities you mentioned

The actual villa we had was THIS one and we wouldn't hesitate to go back there again.
One other thing of note. We have stayed in villas on a number of occasions now and have never been able to see the fireworks from any of them. Only one of them mentioned that it was possible, and although we went out on nights when we were at the villa and looked all around us we never saw a thing.
If you look at the image below you will see the location of your prefered communities in relation to the parks that have fireworks. If you choose a villa with a south facing pool that is not over looked you will be facing the wrong way to see the displays. And if you try to see them from the front of the villa you will almost guarantee that your view will be obstructed by the villas opposite you.
