which parks best for late sleepers to tackle?

We will be at WDW April 3-9 (Yes, Easter, yes, busy), and all the books say that we have to arrive at every park at opening or early opening. I don't think that we have it in us to do that every day. What's the best park for us to go to on our sleeping-in day? Our kids are 5 and 7 and will be too scared for the big thrill rides, so we don't have to worry about that.

I think your best bet would be Epcot...It is rarely shoulder to shoulder crowded...Have fun and enjoy your trip
