Which of these options would you choose

I would go with Beach Club or AoA and upgrade to the regular dining plan. That is just our preference. We enjoy eating at the sit down restaurants. The AoA look very cool and fun, and I would love to stay there some time, but for the small price to go from a value to a deluxe, I would need to pick beach club. The pool is fantastic, and you have easy access to all of the parks, except for AK.

If you like the regular dining and can afford it, BC is a no brainer for my family.

There's no doubt in my mind that BC is worth $475? more than any value IMO, even a brand new one.

IMO would do BC or POR is a moderate and you would get the MYWD there included and they have a trundle or Murphy bed so would give you enough room.

As this poster said, if you can get the right room at POR (with the Murphy bed), you can sleep 5 for your dates for just $3,115.70 (water view). This includes regular dining. That's a $1460 savings over BC.

If the extra cost won't hurt, then I'd say Beach Club.

If you stay at BC, I would wait till they offer room discounts and use that. Then take 500 bucks and put it on a disney gift card to use for dining. IMO, that's a better deal especially because you aren't forced to get so much food on the DDP, with all those desserts and especially since you have a 10 yr old. Will he really eat a whole adult portion?

Our first choice would have been POR, but it's sold out (we are going in Oct). So we chose AoA. Haven't ever been there or to BC or to ASM family suite, so I really can't compare, but that's what we chose. And we upgraded to the regular dining plan.

I would choose BC if there were only 3 or 4 of you, but I honestly cannot imagine staying in one room with 5! We have 5 (granted, we have 3 adults and 2 kids instead of 3 kids), but I just could not bring myself to book 1 room, even at a deluxe. We usually rent DVC points but are doing a Nemo suite this time, so that would be my choice for you. I would also upgrade to the regular DDP!
