Which of these is the most convenient (shorter walk) to the DL parks?

Would you choose the Carousel Inn and Suites, the Paradise Pier Hotel, or the bus stop that the Hyatt Regency Orange County would use to drop you off and pick you up? Thanks!

I would say the Carousel Inn. It's right across the street from the entrance and you don't have to wait for a shuttle like at the Hyatt. Paradise Pier is a little bit of a walk to Disneyland, but it has its own entrance to California Adventure.

Well closest would be the bus stop but the travel time would be the negitive- Carousel would prob be a bit closer but you do cross Harbor which is a bigger street- Paridise would be a closer for DCA but farther for DL but you would get to walk through DTD which is prettier than Harbor :) Ive known several who have stayed at Carousel and were pleased by it- Not the best but well worth the money-

INHO, we started to stay at the Carousel in 2000. We got their late after a long flight. We had booked a non smoking room for a medical reason. Granted it was late (which our reservation said it would be), 9:30 pm. They had only one room left, in the back on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and it was filthy dirty. When I asked to make it right, I was treated terrible, I was told if I wanted a better room I should have been there earlier like everyone else. Because it was part of a package and had been prepaid and he wasn't about to give up our 10 day stay. We had to take it or leave it and pay for the entire 10 nights. To make a long story short we had to leave because the room was a smoking room and I didn't want my asthmatic son to be in the hospital for the entire trip. After a long night we found another hotel with a shuttle to Disneyland. It was wonderful ran every half hour to and from the hotel, so it really wasn't a big deal to be a bit farther and the bus loading zone was much closer. Thank goodness the package was booked through a major airline company who applied pressure and we did get our money back but, no thanks to the management at the Carousel. I personally would rather stay farther away then close when it is dirty and the management is rude. I have high standards though when it comes to clean. I don't care about fancy but, I do want it clean. I don't think the other 2 you are considering even are in the same class as the Carousel, they are much higher quality. Just my humble opinion.

Good Luck
