The test said less then 10% of the population was this. We did this for a teacher workshop and they divided us out into catagories. There were two of us in the ESTJ and I remember them going around the room saying if you want this done, got to these people, if you want that done go to those people, when they got to us they said, these are the people you need to plan all your staff parties, lol!
