Which Month should I pick?

We just got back from a land/sea/land vacation May 15th 2005 but because both me and my dd were sick on our return from the ship and had to skip some of the things we wanted to do, I want to plan another land only trip. Oh who am I kidding, I'd want to plan it anyway :teeth:

So please give me some opinions on when to go. We usually go in the month of April/May and love the weather during that time. So with that being said, here are my choices:

April 2006 during Spring Break (I know CROWDED)

November 2006 during Election week b/c I'm a New Jerseyian LOL.

Please help me choose and also keep in mind that we loooove to swim and the water parks. Other than that I'd love to try November but I'm scared it won't be warm enough.

Thanks :disrocks:

I'd choose November...nothing beats a "0 wait" sign for my favorite rides :cool1:
We went one year in November and the weather was really nice, 50's in the morning reaching up into the high 70's some days, even hit the low 80's other days! Being from Maine anything above 60 is swimming weather in the winter! :earboy2:

We're going October 21 (Caribbean Beach) for the Wine and Food Festival and Dec. 7 (Boardwalk Inn) for Xmas. Our third straight year for the wine and food festival. Can't wait to see the Beach Boys. Understand the crowds are small right after Thanksgiving and the parks are decorated fabulous for the holidays.

We've gone several times at the end of October/first week of November. May have just been lucky but we've always been able to swim at least some of the days. It's our favorite time of year to go--less crowded and not blistering hot.

We went last November during Veteran's Day week. The weather was great! :sunny: Temps were in the low 80s during the day, but it wasn't humid like the summer. I would definitely do that time of year again! ::yes::

We did that NJ week a few years ago and it was GREAT! We did go to Blizzard Beach one day and it was OK - a little chilly getting out of the water, but if you stayed or got right back in it was great. Hotel pool was fine too. Just had a nice fluffy towel for getting out (we brought our own for that trip as they are bigger and fluffier).

Walked on to Space Mountain in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY! When does that happen??

We are doing our Nov trip because of DD and I being sick during our cruise in Jan so I can relate!!! Enjoy your planning!

Another vote for "Jersey Week" in November.

We've been there during this week a few times and the weather has always been perfect! No rain, highs in the 80s, sunshine!

April will probably have better swimming weather, but we've also been there during Easter break and it was A LOT more crowded.

We have been there in both months and in my opinion you can't beat late October/November as long as you avoid Thanksgiving weekend!

Uh Oh. :earseek: We arrive Thanksgiving Sunday. Does everyone go home after that??? I figure the crowds during the late November week that we are going will be worse than Jersey week. How bad is it? I don't mind, just like to know what to anticipate!

Thanks!

I have never been there right after Thanksgiving - but I would assume that they would thin out rather quickly as the start of December is usually pretty nice.
