Which Mod?

Hi everyone. My Mother (66) and I (28) are going to WDW this year for Thanksgiving, it's just the two of us and we've made it a tradition for the past few years now. We normally stay at (and currently have reservations) at POP. She always gets upset with me when I go with my friends because we always get upgraded and she's never been upgraded. So this year I want to surprise her by upgrading to a Moderate without her knowing but I don't know which one to choose. she's stayed at POR, POFQ, Caribbean way back when (POR was still Dixie Landings.)

But here's the thing. She's a little picky. She doesn't like when resort's share buses, and she can't walk too well so we need to be close to main building/food court. So my question is this. Which Moderate resort would you suggest for us?

Well there are several bus depots around POR, CBR, and CSR and all three resorts are huge. POFQ is your best bet. The bus at POFQ may sometimes service POR, but the resort itself is small and easy to navigate.

Best out of all is POFQ... We enjoy it immensely...it's very compact, one bus stop and rarely shares with POR....

The other resorts you listed are huge with multiple bus stops...

I totally agree that POFQ is the best of the mod's - it is a smaller resort and very very nice too. No building is really far from the bus stop.

No matter which mod you chose, I'm sure you'll have a magical stay!!

Our favorite mod is POR, but in your situation I too, would recommend POFQ.
