Ok, through various replies on previous threads for a limo, I think I have narrowed it down to 2 companies-Either Southern Elegance Limos, or Murry Hill Transportation. Both charge $180 RT, SE says that they include soft drinks and water, a dvd to watch, and a 4 ft disney stuffed animal to ride along with. MH says that they will stop at the entrance sign for pictures. SE wants my CC # now, and will charge it 24-48 prior to arrival, and MH does not ask for it.

Based on what i wrote and from your experiences, who should i go with??

I haven't booked a limo yet for our trip, so I can't vote in the poll. I am leery of SE b/c I was concerned about "trolls." Check who has written the reviews and see if that's all they seem to write about. Just my .02.

I have never used either one. I have only used Tiffany so I can't vote for either.

Can't vote for either since haven't used them.

FL Tours luxury van service was great (April 2004).

This time using Happy Stretch Limo (October)

Didn't vote on your poll because we haven't used either of them but I can give you a ::yes:: for Southern Elegance Limo's! They were FANTASTIC!!! I love their confirmation sheet they send to you and you send back, their customer service was awesome, the ride along with the character of your choice for kids was great, the soda and water was nice, the car was a clean, white stretch with a WONDERFUL driver named George, on time, professional, courteous, great rate from POR to the port and back to MCO, the driver actually stopped at the Delta Curb to see if we could check our luggage in for our 5 pm flight home so that we didn't have to deal with it, comp grocery stop was awesome!!!

We will use them again!

I'm one who has sung the praises of Southern Elegance, and I am definitely not a troll or a plant; I am a Californian who had the great fortune to spend a week on the Magic in late March and enjoyed the extra treat of starting the week with a limo ride to the port. I don't write about a whole lot else because now that the trip is past, I don't have a lot of advice/experience that others haven't already posted about (aside from Legoland and some general So. Cal info).

hi

i wrote a positive review about Southern Elegance too and refer others to SE when asking about a reliable & inexpensive limo service-

I don't work for Southern Elegance, but am someone who feels good service should be praised and praised often!!

Its nice to say something positive about a company for a change- believe me, you don't read much of that on these boards anymore

here is a link to my review;

I'm a big fan of Golden Limo I've used them several times and they've always been prompt, courteous, and had iced soda and water and a movie for us.

Definitely not a troll here! Honestly, I don't have the time to troll! LOL.

Our family was with Mobetsy's on the Magic, and we were all extremely pleased with Southern Elegance! The driver was on time, professional, courteous, and extremely patient with those of us who had never been in a limo before and felt the need to take massive amounts of pictures! LOL.

I give them two thumbs up!

Well I'm definitely NOT a troll as I have over 1300 posts on here and I have no reason to "troll" for a company because I don't gain anything from it!

If anyone would like more information first hand about our experience with Southern Elegance PM me!

I'm surprised at such a comment -- everyone who has written a positive review about SE are all multiple posters and long time members. Trolls? Kind of insulting to consider me a "non-existent" poster who may work for the company.

Let me just say this -- I have spoken several times with SE, both verbally and email, and they have been incredible. Far and above Tiffany and Happy Limo. Neither of them answered any of my emails. SE responded to every single question within the same day. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone, Adam, was amazing. I have never had anyone spend so much time (and patience) answering all my questions and details. He took ALL of my info in detail, times, vehicle selection and preference, etc. Here's the deal we got:

MCO to Royal Pacific at Universal -- Town Car
Royal Pacific to Port -- LIMO (yeah -- first time)
Port to MCO -- Towncar

TOTAL: $275.00 (without tips). But that is all inclusive otherwise (tips, tax, etc.). That is the best rate I got from all the other limo companies.

I will do a report on them when we get back. But right now I have a good feeling about them. :sunny:
