Yes.
It doesn't mean that the whole building is; just that there are some handicapped accessible villas in that building. They would all be on the first floor in the buildings without elevators (the 60s buildings).

Does anybody know if a 2 bedroom in building 62 has another door to the second bathroom? I know people have said building 30 and up/phase II but technically building 62 is on the phase I side.

The last 3 built were on land that had been part of the original DVC model area, parking lot for that, etc. So, even though buildings 62, 63 and 64 are sort of in the middle of the Phase I buildings, they were built according to the later phase plans. So, they do have the 2nd door to the bathroom.

We love the Turtle Pond area building 37, 38, 42 and 43 the best. But it is all a matter of preference. We love having a very peaceful and quiet area. A view of the water is not a must for us.

We've only had 2 OKW stays, and both were in elevator buildings, as requested. We enjoyed the quiet pool along Millers Road, just a short walk away.
