Which housing developments have a lake with fishing ?

I'm looking for a pool house for our trip in Feb. and my parents will be with us. Dad enjoys fishing and won't be coming to Disney with us everyday so thought he might like to have the option to do some fishing.

I was browsing some houses and noticed that some have lakes stocked with fish, anybody know which ones offer this ?

Sunset Lakes has 2 lakes stocked with fish, it is in a great position too, really near the parks
