I have heard that there are DVC studio rooms that hold 5 people. Where are they located? Do they cost more than the regular studio rooms? What are the sleeping configurations?? Thanks for all the help.... Renessa
There a re a very limited number of rooms at the BWV that have a queen, a double sleeper sofa, and a small daybed. This daybed will hold a smaller child, but is not large enough for an adult or teen.
There is no extra charge, however theya re very limited, and I believe that DVC members get first crack at them.
I had one of those deluxe studio rooms at the BWV. I did not request it, but was told about it at check-in (I believe they told me it slept five plus one child under three). The daybed was an okay size, but since we didn't use it (there are only four people in my family), I can't say for certain what sized person would be comfortable or uncomfortable on it. I'll look and see if I can find photos of that room. I do remember the room being slightly larger than most of the other BWV studios that I had stayed in, too. By the way, on the point chart for the BWV, it states: "Some studio units also include a child-size daybed." If I remember correctly, you will have three children of various ages in your party. If one of the children is in elementary school or junior high school, that daybed might fit them perfectly, who knows.
