Avoiding conferences at Coronado/the parks

Hi everyone!,
Can anyone provide any tips for dates in 2027 that will be having conventions at Coronado Springs resort? My friends and I really want to avoid going on dates during conventions! Any websites or advice to check out? Thank you!

You aren’t going to have much luck with that as there isn’t a general calendar of all the conferences available to the public. However a conference is not really that disruptive to a Disney trip, just can cause dining venues and bars to be busier at the hotel and the front desk. When I’ve arrived at CSR and noticed higher crowds or a convention, I make ADRs for where I want to eat at CSR and try to visit the front desk at off hours like late at night.

What is reported to be disruptive are cheer/dance competitions at ESPN World of Sports as the teens and parents are not known for being polite, luckily the big ones you can avoid I think they put out a calendar? I check Disney Tourist Blog crowd predictions for the month I’m looking at, not a crowd calendar type thing but the rundown for the month where he highlights things known to impact crowds, like major teen sports events.

There are frequently conventions at CSR - one leaves and another comes in. But we don’t find them disruptive, just people walking around with company gear and having a good time. Agree with the restaurants but there are so many options for food and drinks, they don’t really feel that crowded. Otherwise, the groups don’t bother us. We were there this year when Delta was there and they were a fun group. We’ve been there when Gary Sinese’s group was there and mainly just families walking around.
