It’s interesting to read this thread which is from the renters perspective. We are owners renting out our points via David’s and we are not inundated with booking requests from them. Granted, we own at Saratoga which isn’t one of the more popular resorts, but I put a large quantity of points up for rent and would have thought that someone might like to rent one of the bigger properties over the Christmas / NY period. I seem to be getting lots of smaller points requests, which is a real pain as I’ll have to make around 8-10 bookings to get rid of the points and the money then comes in dribs and drabs. The biggest rental request so far, around 440 points, had to be cancelled as the renter hadn’t paid after the three day grace period. So if anyone is looking for a booking at Saratoga for next December / January head to David’s and hopefully they will pass it my way lol!
