We are going to Las Vegas at the end of this month. We were thinking of taking a side trip to DL. We could either spend Friday and Saturday at DL or Sunday and Monday. Would either of those two be better than the other?

About even likely. Sunday would likely be the most crowded. And Monday the least. But it is hard to say lately.

Due to AP Summer Blockouts (Deluxe and below) ... Saturday seems to be the least crowded of those days

OK, thanks. We were leaning towards Friday and Saturday and hoping that it would be better. We visit WDW a lot but we know that crowds are different at DL.

Bumping....

We'll be in SoCal this week til next and I'm still obsessing over which day to visit DL! :rotfl: Yes, only one day do I have, so it has to be an "efficient" trip! I've read Hydroguy's tips, by the way..:goodvibes

Can I get comments from anyone who's there now, and has seen park attendance (DL, not DCA)?

A few details...we arrive on Wed. and leave on the next one, so Wednesday is out! (and Hydroguy says that's the best day to go~) Friday is out..we already have something planned. I'm thinking that since SoCal APs are blocked now, that maybe the weekends are not quite as bad.

Help?!

Saturdays are great this summer; Sundays are busier.

Are they really?! Ok, good...from the reading I've done on here, I was scared to even think a Sat. would be doable.:thumbsup2

Can you answer another question please? I'm a WDW vet, a senior (tho only in age, not stamina:rotfl:), and LOVE Disney trivia!! I'm considering doing one of the tours (either A Walk in Walt's Footsteps or Welcome to Disneyland) if that will help me make more efficient use of my day. Given that I only have the one day to be there, would that be a stupid waste of my time? I will be there alone and am not staying near the park..will have to take a DL Express bus service to get there.
Thanks in advance!

I would suggest you skip it since you only have the one day ... there is a lot of trivia info that can be obtained through the internet and it may be even more fun to discover it yourself :confused3
