Which date for MK?

We are planning a quick trip in early December solely to see Starlight. We have a choice between Monday December 8 or Wednesday the 10th. Is one day preferable over the other? I know any non-party day will be busier but to see the parade that’s our only choice. I’ve heard Mondays tend to be busier at MK so we’re thinking Wednesday but wasn’t sure if there would be Extended Evening Hours that night. We’re thinking probably not since it’s party season but aren’t sure. If there is, will that impact crowds for the whole day Wednesday or just later in the day? Thanks for any suggestions.

Normally Wed but for MK party season I’d go with Monday.

Wed is surrounded by 3 party days (Tues, Thurs and Fri) while Mon only has 2 (Sun and Tues).

The 5 day block of Sat, Mon, Wed non-party days help spread people out more on Mon

You’ll have similar crowds on both dates. Even I would have a hard time choosing the date too. If I were you, go for the date with Extended Evening Hours so that you don’t have to rush on attractions and you have that extra 2 hour buffer. Just be sure to eat early since nearly everyone except for a few snack carts will close up during Extended Evening Hours.
