Which car companies don't charge for extra drivers?

My DH and I like to share the driving. We will be renting a car for 8 days in January. We rented from National last year, and they charged us $10.00 per day for the additional driver...that's $80.00. Are there any companies that don't charge for the additional driver? The extra $80.00 is a Segway tour!

Avis does not charge for your spouse.

National does not charge for a spouse if you beling to the Emerald Club which you can join for free then you can also bypass the counter and use coupons as well.

Alamo also doesn't charge for a spouse driver.
