Where would you suggest getting lockers?

I just looked at a Disneyland video and I guess you're right, which is weird since I've only been to the MK a couple of times in my life so I'm surprised I would have remembered that. Note that the Disney map you posted is incomplete, since it doesn't show the lockers in the picnic area, so I just assumed that they had missed the other ones, too.
I think Disney includes the picnic lockers with the lockers just outside of the picnic area. Regular size lockers are in the bay but the XL lockers are in the picnic area. While technically lockers, I wouldn't include GRR lockers in the video either. There is a two hour time limit so are really just to store your items so they don't get wet. I'll add a plug here again that they need similar lockers in Bayou Country.

Yeah, they really should have free lockers near Tiana's like they do near Grizzly!

Lockers do sell out. Large sell out before small. Main Street sells out before other locker locations.

There is a higher chance of lockers selling out when there is a release of new merchandise that is large (ex. popcorn buckets, collectible dolls, etc.). In recent memory, Main Street lockers sold out on D23 Day, the first weekend of the 2024 Holiday season/opening of TBA, the first weekend of the 70th celebration (in May) and on Disneyland's 70th (July 17, 2025).

@Hutch1317 I wouldn't worry about the Main Street lockers selling out on a regular Saturday. Depending on what Disney decides to release, Main Street might sell out the first day of the holiday season (ie. Nov 14).

I think they changed the timing but the lockers outside of DCA used to close earlier than the other esplanade lockers. There was a sign just inside the locker bay with the hours. Definitely something to check out if you plan on using those lockers and staying late.
This is super helpful, thank you so much! I will have to consider all of this, but I really appreciate you letting me know! It helps me a lot with planning. Thank you again!
