Besides BB . . .

I read somewhere about a little lounge (?) near Tinkerbell's place in DL?

Just want a little alone time in the park with hubby and trying not to have to be tied down to a PS.

Thanks!

There is nowhere in Disneyland (including the Blue Bayou) that serves alcohol, unless you have access to Club 33.

In order to sip a glass of wine with your hubby, you will have to do so at DCA or downtown Disney.

I'm not sure what Tinkerbell's place you mean (I think maybe you mean Ariel's Grotto in DCA) - in which case there is the Cove Bar there to enjoy a drink and snacks. Wine Country Trattoria in DCA is also a great place for a glass of wine (try the Magicale :lovestruc). There are no places in Disneyland itself for alcohol (except Club 33), so it would have to be DCA or the DLR hotels.

Not in DL but in DCA you can have a glass or two. They do wine tasting in DCA by the Trattatoria. :)

My favorite place in the parks (meaning DCA ;) ) is the Wine Terrace Bar. You can do tastings or by the glass and they have very nice wines and you can get cheese and olive platters. The patio is very nice and is a great place to sit and relax with your DH.

The Cove Bar is more about mixed drinks but they also offer beer and wine. Ariel's Grotto is a character meal that serves drinks. And I love WCT for lunch, they have nice food served on the patio and you can have wines from their menu or from the Terrace Wine bar.

Is it adults only allowed at the Trattoria?

Nope, its a restaurant so all ages. Actually with Disney's set up there is no place that kid's aren't allowed besides rides they are too short for ;) WCT is also very family friendly in my opinion.

No, it's a family park, there is no place that is adults only. At least not that I've ever found.

thanks for all the suggestions . . .

I guess its DCA for us for a little Adult time!

Great. I'm not a big drinker but it will be nice at the towards the end of a long day to pop over for a glass of wine.

The Trat is a great place not only for "adult time" but for a little "rest time" or "down time" while in DCA. Twice Mrs. Hound enjoyed a mid afternoon glass of red & a "sit outside in sunny SoCal while watching the world walk by rest" at the Trat.....once with DD 25 & the other time with Way Cool Aunt 55.....while DS 9 Padewan Alec & I continued our commando'ing thru DCA (Screamin', Griz Rapids etc.).

Its location (in the middle of DCA) is perfect for someone to break away for an hour while ride groupies ride rides in one of 4 different directions for an hour or two & then collect the wine sipper(s) after knocking out 2-3 attractions. :thumbsup2

(it's also a good place to nab a good moderately priced sandwich, pasta, salad etc.)
