Where to send complaint?

Who do you contact, or where do you send a complaint regarding a DVC resort? We recently had issues at BWV that were really related to a maintenance/housekeeping issue that was really related to the resort as a whole, even though we were staying on points. Didn't spoil the trip, but definitely was a huge inconvenience! Do you contact DVC, the resort, or Disney in general??? At what address/phone number??
 
Are you still there? That would be the best time and place to address a maintenance housekeeping issue. I would contact DVC directly and specifically this person:

Hopefully you nipped this in the bud and contacted the front deck and did not wait to return home to complain....whatever the issue may be.

Good luck! I've had nothing but issues staying at the BWV!! I'd gone the manager route, the letter route, and it seems as if BWV just doesn't get it! I've been put in a smoking room (I'm a medical nonsmoking gal), uncleaned bathroom, food in fridge, bathroom garbage left with used tampons, etc on top of the overflowing garbage can and this isn't in just one visit........WHY ME? I read post after post after post of folks having great rooms, etc, but not me! We travel quite a bit and don't encounter these kinds of problems at other hotels. Haven't had these issues at any other resorts in the 25+ years I've stayed at WDW. I've got an upcoming visit in early October and if I have these issues again, I'm going to sell my DVC, finally accepting the fact that DVC just isn't for me. Good luck!!!!!!!!
 

Actually there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the room - it was BEAUTIFUL. Our only problem was the response (or lack there of) to a rather simple (but critical) maintenance issue that arose while there. Don't want to drag it through the mud - since as I said before, it did not spoil our stay. Just something that needs to be addressed (so hopefully others will have a better response to maintenance requests).

it would be nice to know what it was that upset you so we as a whole would know if it was address by BWV :)
 
We were just there and our room was great. The front desk was great at check in and everytime we were in the lobby, the manager spoke to us. I had preferred view and asked for as close to a Boardwalk view as possible. He just about put us on the Boardwalk! I sat on the Balcony and soaked it all in!
