There are a couple spots in MK that I know of, one near the Dumbo ride and another in Frontierland. At the Mexico pavilion in Epcot, La Cantina de San Angel has a bite size churros dessert. I prefer the Epcot ones because they come with a caramel sauce. The MK churros come with chocolate sauce.

Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs has amazing chocolate churros on the dessert menu. They come with a vanilla cream dipping sauce and a squeeze bottle of Nutella.
