Can anyone recommend a favorite meal/restaurant in EPCOT? We are traveling over Columbus Day in October and want to make a PR soon. We had thought perhaps France but unsure with 4 kids ages 11-13. Any advice anyone can pass along would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!

If you could give us more info, we could be more helpful. As of now your question will garner about a million different responses and a vote for each resturaunt in Epcot.

Are you looking for a sit down meal or a grab n' go?

How fancy/casual

Expensive/less expensive

most importantly: What type of food do the people in your party like to eat? Do you have pickey eaters? Adventurous eaters? Food Allergies? Any extreme food dislikes/likes?

Our favorite was Chefs de France. Kids enjoyed it too.

we always go to corral reef when there.
our worst meal was chefs de france, the food was horrible!

The Teppanyaki Dining room in Japan is alot of fun and offers great food in an entertaining atmosphere. The kids should really get into it. I know it has been closed for renovations so check with WDW for the reopening, it should be soon!

If you are looking for a character meal, we REALLY REALLY liked the Garden Grill in the Land when we were there last February. My mom, sister and I thought the food was really good--basically turkey, roast beef and catfish. There are really good mashed potatoes and bread too. The characters are Pluto, Mickey, Chip and Dale. They are dressed in farmer clothes. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so all the characters came by our table at least three times each. It was so much fun! Plus the restaurant is rotating, your kids might like that.

For TS in the World Showcase, we like Chefs de France, Le Cellier, and San Angel Inn. No kids travel with us, but my sister is super picky and always finds something to eat.

For CS, we always hit the San Angel Cantina or The Lotus Blossom Cafe--they have good ice cream.

We always seem to enjoy Coral Reef, have gone there the past 2 times we were at Epcot. The next time we are there, however, we are going to try out Le Cellier because I have heard the cheese soup is awesome.

I love LeCellier and GG, two of my favorites. CS I like the cantina. It's hard to go wrong with the view for Illuminations from there and margaritas too.

I would make a list of your top 3 or 4 choices and CALL! My guess is that Le Cellier is already booked.

Garden Grill does have good character interaction and an interesting place to dine

Marrakesh has entertainment, that could be fun. We are trying it for the first time in September.

Rose & Crown has yummy fish and chips.

Good luck!

It is not opening until after Nov 1st.....recently announced.

my favorites are Le cellier and Garden Grill. You probably won't be able to get le cellier. GG is great. good food and character interaction.
