Where to Buy?

I live in South Korea (US citizen) and my wife (Korean citizen) will be traveling to WDW this summer for a stay at the resort followed by a Disney Cruise. We cannot do the paperwork in Korea because Disney is not set up to sell here. What are benefits to buying in while we are at the parks versus joining on the ship? We will be on a 7-day Western cruise. We will use Disney financing for at least part of the cost.

When you are at WDW you have the ability to go visit models of the various DVC resorts and actually see what you are buying into.

at least on land you could go ahead and set up a tour and see the resorts then.

I would definitely take the tour if you are at Disney! There are usually some perks-we got some fastpasses and ice cream You get to see the different size models and tour the resort. If you have more time, I suggest visiting other DVC resorts just to see them. Have fun!
