We recently got back from our WDW vacation. DH's birthday was coming up and he had been looking at a nice mens Mickey watch. I thought I'd get him this for his birthday but the ones that we saw at WDW & the resorts was a bit different than the ones at Disneydirect.com.

Can I call anyone, at the resorts or shops on Main St to purchase or is the best thing to do just order from Disney direct?

The watch that we saw in WDW had just a mickey head, I believe (not even 100% positive) the ones at disney direct are a full mickey. It isn't a huge deal but I liked the mickey head better.

I'm not sure, did you try and call one of the actual shops in Disney where you saw the watch? they might know. Since it's been a while since you posted and have had no replys, I'll bump it up for you!

I have a question about this too. Now that we have our pictures back I would like to get a frame. Can I just call and order? I can't remember which store had the best frames??? :confused3

Hey everybody, I found this online on allearsnet.

Did you forget to purchase that special souvenir? Although Walt Disney World does NOT have an Internet shopping site, nor do they have a catalog of park items, they do have a Mail Order Merchandise Department that can get most items for you. They are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) and may be reached by phone, fax or e-mail.
Telephone: 407-363-6200
Fax: 407-352-6369
Email: wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com

Shipping charges are $8.95 to $13.95 for UPS, and $13.95, $18.95, $22.95 and $27.95 for Federal Express charges, depending on the value of the order and the service requested.

You can actually get Disney merchandise on this site I found called LaughingPlace dot com...When you go to that site, the bar on the left says "LaughingPlace store" where you can find stuff you saw in the parks. ::MinnieMo

gives me some ideas to try. I could kick myself for not buying when we were there...it's so easy to buy something w/o DH knowing about it..... :rotfl2:

Laughing Place marks up the merchandise sometimes as much as 100% and shipping charges are outrageous! You are better off going through Disney themselves!

I have just been onto the laughing site, and have seen 2 tees i really like but both seem very expensive. If any one has been to wdw recently could you let me know if you saw them and how much they were

the one was white with black neck and sleeves and had a black and white picture of Walt and coloured mickey standing on main street $35.62

the other was golden celebration wdw dark blue with a picture of cinders castle in purple $34.04
thanks

There is a website called gifts of a lifetime. They have a personal shopping service which I believe will go into Disneyworld for you and get stuff. I ordered a package of kidstuff from them for my kids to get ready for our upcoming trip!!!!
Good Luck
