Where should we request seats?

We are trying four new restaurants this trip, and I was wondering what seating area we should request when we get to the podium at these restaurants (of course, the kids' mood at the time will determine how long we are willing to wait for those special seats):

-Kona Cafe
-Artist Point
-Cali Grill (this is our parents' night out -- we are going early, not trying to see the fireworks. still, where is the best view? the most romantic area?)
-PSB - OK, I don't think it matters where we sit here, we're only here for the Princesses!)

Anywhere.
By the window if there are fireworks while you dine, anywhere if there aren't
Ditto - except here, you can always go out onto the deck and watch. Actually, if you get seated at the window away from the Magic Kingdom side, you can see Illuminations fireworks if the timing is right.
Anywhere, but you could ask to be seated by the window with a view of the King's Herb Garden (it's "just" your, well, garden-variety plants, but it's pretty).
