Where is the new Member Guidebook

I have been anxiously awaiting the new member guidebook , and have still not yet got one. Is it too soon or should I call MS.
I live in NJ , anyone else not get theirs yet?

Give them a call, I live in Jersey and got mine at least a month ago if not earlier.

We haven't rec'd ours yet either (we live in Mass).
However, we recently moved so the delay might be due to some of our mail still being forwarded from the old address. I'm still planning on calling sometime this week - it'll give me a chance to check on our waitlisted dates.

I hadn't gotten either the Guidebook or VM, so I called MS last Wednesday. I got a very nice CM, Anne Marie, who promised to take care of it and wrote a note to herself to follow up with me in a few weeks. On Monday I received the VM and I have a feeling I'll receive the guidebook soon. DVC, if you're listening, give Anne Marie a raise! She really knows how to treat guests-what a wonderful CM to deal with!

We have yet to receive the new guidebook or VM (it will be our first), so I think I'll call this week.

We just closed on October 2nd. But we received the 2002 guidebook with our initial paperwork. Does anyone know if we will receive a new one with our closing papers? Or do I need to call to request one?

I still have not received either here in NY. Last week I sent member services an e-mail, and received a response stating that they were sending them out to me. I would definitely get in touch with them, after not receiving the last two editions of VM I've had enough.

SUMMER issue of Vacation Magic. No Fall Magic and no new Guidebook! What gives?

I am a new BCV owner and I don't even know what "Vacation Magic" is, is it a newsletter for DVC owners? I guess I'll have to request that too!

Vacation Magic is a quarterly magazine for DVC members with updates and info of all the DVC resorts. It is mailed to your home.

I guess Ill give it one more week before I call. I joined Feb 2002, and I have never recieved a VM yet, I read them off the web site but it would be nice to read it the normal way.

When I visited BCV they didnt have any pins available. Maybe they will send all the new BCV members a pin too!

I am still guidebookless here in MI. I called MS and they said they were "just sent out" Yeah right...and if I didn't get one at the end of October, then to call back. I also said I was without a VM and they sent one of those out to me and I got mine last week.

Still have not received new Guidebook - funny others in North Carolina have received theirs.

VM has arrived in a timely manner. Maybe the timing has to do with where your last name falls?
