Busy Monday and had to postpone my pool exercise until after dinner...the water is already up to 90 degrees! Summer has officially arrived and our heat index today was 104

No not feeling any better. It kind of comes and goes. The head pressure/pain is really annoying. Yesterday was in the 70s but today is rainy and in the 60s. One day last week it was 46 in the afternoon
...you're still wearing long sleeves and jackets and we're under a heat advisory today! Spring to summer transition is tough; hope the head thing gets better! You're almost done with school, right? THAT should make you feel better too! 
I'm jealous of your weather today though! Just went out to check pool filter and, at noon, our heat index is already 100.

Noticed the pretty crepe myrtles in the neighborhood on the way to the Post Office today!

First major heat wave is NOT coming at a good time for us! But...the crepe myrtles ARE beautiful. I've been meaning to take a picture for a couple of weeks and finally remembered to grab my camera yesterday!
That should cover a good portion of your meals
