Hard to imagine, isn't it? It's getting to the point where DH will only feel safe if he can "carry" even in church. CrAzY world....mental illness needs to be taken more seriously. He'd received a dishonorable discharge from the military and I think I even heard he'd beat up his 11 year old daughter. WHY wasn't he "committed" after that? It's time to protect the "innocents" and stop worrying about criminals civil and privacy rights. So, so sad....
