well I just took off all next week too so

we are planning to go away to a cabin on the ocean if we can find one lol. its bit of a last min decision to go away so there is not a lot out there right now lol

Beautiful It's amazing how they can do that.

It IS amazing how they can take a tree trunk and turn it into a work of art with a chain saw! We just drove up/down the streets in "old" Galveston and found them...in fact, that's what we were doing as we starting for home. We stopped at the stop sign and Broadway was 1 block to the right; that's when DH insisted we needed to get on I-45 from the Seawall. Thirty minutes later ... score one for the FEMALE DRIVERS!

Welcome to Texas a little early! Please, please, please don't say you hate our State when you step out of the airport and the heat wave hits you! Have plenty of water with you and dress cool and get straight into an air-conditioned vehicle! Heat index has been at the mid-100's this week; hopefully a few rain showers will pop up and cool things down. ENJOY the wedding!
