Will be away until later this evening. Unlike Ed and Terri, "normal" life resumes for us with volleyball game at 4:30 and football at 7:30. Give you plenty time to think about what WDW and Florida residents have in common. Nothing to do with food, sun or clouds.

That would be perfect if the "air made of hot soup" weren't over Texas. It has been B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L here. Current temperature is 77 with crystal, clear blue sky. Dang pool water temp is down to 74 so no "pool time" until it warms up a little but sure will be a nice night for Friday night football!

This is from Epcot's WS but it's not from Mexico or China and it's not a dragon.




Watching the national news right now. So many people stuck in Florida who didn't get out sooner and now can't get the gas or the plane/bus tickets to get out. The highways are bumper to bumper. I hope this storm is not as bad as they are predicting. So scary!

FUN night tonight; first time in 10 years BFF was at a football game with us! Much better results on the volleyball court, winning the match in 3 games ; on to football though with a heartbreaking loss in overtime, 35-34. Nice to get "back to normal" ...

...and we topped the evening off with a HIDDEN MICKEY ON THE MOON...

Hope not either but not looking good. No matter where it hits, it will cover the entire state.

Good morning everyone. With the continued west movement I am out of the eye wall cone for now. However we are still going to receive hurricane force wind gusts inside the outer bands. Terri is in the Eastern eye wall cone still and will see greater winds than me.

Denise, since this is not China, it looks like it could be from the Canada totem pole?

I'm glad the hurricane moved away from you! But, I have a friend in Tampa and it looks like it's heading for her now. She and her husband have boarded up and hunkered down.
