Jafar? Doesn't matter this is not a villain and has no turban.

THAT explains my total "cluelessness" ; he's been in Liberty Square, The Glade (area behind the Christmas Shop) since 2010! Maybe they were moved over to Adventureland while they remodeled the area or something! I was totally clueless!
