There are several places that I want to RETURN to but those aside I would like to visit:

US Virgin Islands
northern California
Las Vegas
Carlsbad Caverns
Williamsburg, VA
Savannah, GA
Charleston, SC
Holland, Michigan
Grand Tetons
Yellowstone

Not too much... Another place is St Augustine, Florida but hopefully that will be taken care of soon.

And to be honest, it would be great to visit EVERY state. This country has lots of hidden treasures. I'm sure every state has something we should experience.

i've seen most everything in the us that i want to see (other than some areas that i would like to see that are of interest to me for genealogical reasons, but are not tourist destinations) except hawaii. i would also really like to show my dh the united states because he has only been to a handful of states.

1. Grand Canyon
2. Yosemite National Park
3. Disneyland in California (have to go solo since DH won't go)

and the one place I haven't been in a long time that I really want to return to some day is Cape Cod. I miss Sundae School!

I've been to Disneyland (in 1971) so I'd love to go again and also visit California Adventure.

One of DH's and my "wishes"/dreams" is to rent an RV in CA, and travel to Alaska, taking a month or two to see everyting on the way, including the Sequoia Forest

LOL. No Dismeet for me in St. Louis. I'll be on a chaperoned National Honor Society trip. I'm pretty sure escaping the conference highly violates the by-laws.

One day, DH plans on getting an RV and we will travel all over...seeing all the sights along the way. But if I had to make a list, I'd include:
California: Disneyland, Hollywood, the coast, the zoo
New York: Shopping, broadway, the normal tourist sites.
Hawaii
Cruise to Alaska
DC

Congrats! We could always kidnap you, but I don't think it's worth getting you kicked out of NHS and us going to jail! Hope you enjoy the trip and zoo. The St. Louis Zoo is one of the highlights of the city, imo.
