Where do you stay in Georgia?

We are driving to WDW in November from Central PA. We plan to spend the night in Georgia on the way down. Need hotel recommendations for nice family style hotels. A indoor pool would be nice, and continential breakfast, not too far off I95.

We stayed at a Hampton Inn just south of Savannah, Ga. It was about $60 cheaper than staying in Savannah area. We payed $89 for the night but has been 4 years ago. Time of year was early June and on a Friday night. Didn't make reservations. Drove until we seen a nice area and stopped. There were other Hotels in the area. We just prefer Hampton Inn. Big rooms and usually clean also has continental breakfast.

We drive down a couple of times a year, and stay in St Marys/Kingsland Exit 3. There are a lot of nice motels but the one we like is the Country Inns and Suites, they have a nice indoor pool!! Continental breakfast and it is right next to I95, the gas here is also very cheap, we usually fill up to make it the rest of the way to WDW.

We stayed in Pooler GA, right outside of Savannah off of I-95 on March 21. We stayed at the Comfort Inn. It was $60 per night. It had 2 queen beds, a big fridge and a microwave, it was very clean and quiet and they have a real nice cont. breakfast. There were fast food places and a Craker Barrel right down the road. Hope that helps.

Brunswick, GA seems to be a popular place to stop. There are many hotels at those 2 exits. Some of the better places are:Hampton Inn, The Holiday Inn and Embassy suites. Also, because of the southern location in GA., the trip from Brunswick to WDW is short!
