Maryland is of course MD, but I stupidly listed it was "MY"

I need a lighthearted thread, after that long SSR thing. Just interested to know where most DIS-DVCers reside most of the year when not in WDW.

We live in a small suburb about 15 miles south of Minneapolis, MN.

We live in East Lansing, MI.

It seems like a lot of DVCer's are either from the NE or the Midwest.

I'm in the midatlantic - Delaware (aka - Delawhere?? )

From the sounds of some of the posts it seems like most people live near WDW, but I guess not.

Clinton Township, MI - a northern suburb of The Motor City.

Given the current cold snap we're in, floridafam, are you surprised? ;) I wouldn't mind a trip "Home" right about now....

We live in Maryland (MD), but I can't find it on the list, so I'll just post here.

Sorry Doug, I thought I did really well with all the state abbreviations...

nice, Edward, nice..

We live in Louisiana (home of the 2003 National Champion LSU Tigers !! Geaux Tigers!!).

Have never considered it part of the Midwest before, but understand the difficulty in dividing up the US!!

:wave2: :wave2:

We live in Pekin, IL (Marigold Capital of the World). What a thing to be known for, huh? Pekin is just a few miles outside of Peoria, IL.

Yeah Louisiana is probably more SouthEast, but I was not quite sure. Because then you have all the states around it, and some are South, SouthEast, Midwest...

I probably should have made a "GulfCoast" area...

Our current home is near Youngstown, Oh where it is 15 degrees

My post could read the same as Nicks but a little longer time before the move.::yes::

We're in Annapolis, MD. Right now it's 30 degrees and they're calling for light snow tonight.

Hi SamS,

Hersheypark is an annual tradition for us. It's not summer without a trip to Chocolatetown, USA.

I didn't realize New Jersey had been moved form the NorthEast to the Mid Atlantic.;)

Connecticut checking in here, but I may be in a town near you! Always look at the top of my post to see what city I am in at the time. If there is no city listed, that means good 'ole CT!

I was born in upstate NY. I have never considered NJ to be NorthEast. That is just my perspective.

No, are you kidding, I'd much rather have it be freezing cold out, chapped lips two seconds after I walk out the door, salt sitting on my car for days at a time, people who don't how to drive in the snow, etc.

There is no way I would rather be at VB right now, sitting on the beach, listening to the ocean while I feel the sun on my face.

I voted West since we are moving to Las Vegas one week from today. We've been in WA for almost 2 years. DH and I are originally from TN.
