Where do the reservation reminder fridge magnets come from?

Last week I added one extra night to our stay using the online option. The next day I called DVC member services in order to link the reservation (we actually have 2 days at AKV and 4 at BCV. A couple of days ago I received the info magnet which lists all of the reminder dates for bookings...dining, FP+, magic bands. Only problem is the dates are for check-in date for only the last night we are there.
Called DVC and they couldn't figure out where the magnets are created and sent from. I then called the main disney number but the CM said that she had no idea and couldn't help me because it was a DVC reservation. She told me to call DVC...aghhhh!
Anyone know who I should call in order to get the correct reminder magnets?

We booked 5 nights at GFV and waitlisted 1 more night, which came through. We received two magnets for the two bookings, they came automatically. I know that doesn't really help but, I know you can book dining reservations at 120 days out, and fastpass + at 60 days out if you're staying onsite.
My mistake, 180 for dining!!

On my reservation (set for September), if I go to the Fast Past+ option, it will show a lock icon next to it with an "i" for information, I believe. When I clicked on that "i", a window popped up that told me the DATE I was able to start booking FP+. I hope that helps you!

I'm not sure on the magnets, myself. We are having a 3 split stay when we come, so we got sent 3 magnets! Best I could say, is to send an email to WDW and see if they can help you out with that.

Sounds like 5 days earlier than the dates on the magnet you did receive.

We got a magnet for the first time - we booked 2 days before our ADR window opened, and got the magnet (with the ADR window dates reminder) a week later! We booked a cash stay, though - not on DVC points, so I assumed it was some kind of cash guest thing since we'd never gotten one before.

Of course, this is also our first trip with MBs, so maybe it's part of the new systems? There seem to be a lot more pre-arrival dates to remember than the last time we went to WDW!

We received magnets for our three segments in May and June. First segment was at VGF and we checked in May 14. We got the magnets in the mail in the back of a welcome brochure about our resort(s). It could easily be overlooked. They arrived after the 180 day mark. But we received the one for our December 2014 trip well before the 180 day mark.

I tried to find the lock icon and the "i" to click on and just couldn't find it. I looked at my reservations and FP+ and didn't see it. Maybe it'll show up when I get closer to my vacation time? Thanks for the info.

For those reporting, "No magnet!" -- have you received and opened the "Incredible! Vacation" mailer? It is a thick envelope roughly 5"x8". It is mostly junkmail in nature -- but the very last page includes a perforated, tear-out, magnet.

I never receive anything from DVC except for the Inside Magazine once a quarter and my dues invoice. I always assumed it was because I was Canadian.
