Where do the reservation reminder fridge magnets come from?

I think the magnet mailers are kind of hit & miss at this point. I had 2 different reservations booked while planning my upcoming October trip. I received magnet mailers for both of those. I ended up cancelling both of those & finalizing my trip plans at 7 months. But, I never received a magnet mailer for that final booking.

This is a new thing? we've never gotten any magnets, including for our vacation we just completed last week.

I think the magnet is easily overlooked. We got a couple of our magnets in a brochure that was in the box with Mickey flash drive and the other two were just mailed with the brochure. They all had Mr. Incredible on the envelope or box.

Here is some photos. BTW, I wrote BLT on the magnet because we had four reservations going for a while and they all looked a like without reading the fine print. Inside on the first page of the brochure it has your confirmation number.

I emailed disney about not receiving the magnets and a CM responded that she didn't have access to them. She did email all the reminder dates that I needed for the trip which was very much appreciated
