Where do the Disney boats from MGM-Disney Studios go?

I believe these boats hit the resorts of Swan/Dolphin, Beach/Yacht Club and the Boardwalk? Is this correct?

Next, do you have to get on a different boat from these resorts to get to Epcot's back entrance, the International gateway? or does the same boat from MGM-Disney Studios go to Epcot, as well before turning around and doing it all over again?

Each boat goes to all the stops. So if you get on at one place you will be able to get off at any of the others. Take a few minutes to see where they are coming from and going to so you dont get stuck making a grand tour. UNLESS that is what you want, a slow leisurely boat ride around the waterway!

The same boat from Disney Studios will take you to all the resorts mentioned above and Epcot, too in the same ride?

Yes, the boat makes a complete circuit. Starts at one park, goes to the three hotel stops and ends at the other park. Then does it all in reverse.

Each boat goes:

Epcot
Boardwalk
YC/BC
Swan/Dolphin
MGM
Swan/Dolphin
YC/BC
Boardwalk
Epcot

Then repeats the circuit. They usually run every 15-20 minutes, more frequent at closing.
