We spent the rest of the afternoon in the pool at POFQ. Again, Knucklehead was drawn to the clarinet playing aligator who spat water out of his instrument. Bo Bo spent a little time in the water. He still wasn't crazy about the pool.
We had a priority seating at the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club, so we drove over to Epcot beforehand. DW was determined that she was going to ride Test Track. DW and Knucklehead got in line while Bo Bo and I headed for our resting place near the inside exit of the ride. Well, we waited, and we waited. Our dinner time was quickly approaching, so Bo Bo and I decided to get up and look around. We were just entering the gift shop area after leaving the car showroom when we ran into DW. She was distraught. She had "looked all over" for us. "Well, that couldn't be true or she would have found us," I wisely thought to myself. The area where Bo Bo and I were seated was just a little deeper into the building than she had ventured. Anyway, the ride once again had experienced "technical difficulties." I tried to convince her that she wasn't missing much as we double timed it through EPCOT over to the Beach Club.
We made it with time to spare, and took a look at Stormalong Bay. Knucklehead decided that next time we were going to stay half our trip here at the Beach Club and the other half at the Poly so we could use their pools. "Great idea Knucklehead. I'll just have to run the numbers and see if accounting can fit that into our next year's budget."
Cape May Cafe was excellent. We feasted on the peel and eat shrimp and the little steamed clams. We again had wonderful servers/cast members. Ryan was training under Rachel. I also wrote Mary on our receipt. I believe she was the one who gave us a tour of the dessert table. The Oreo Bon Bons were awesome! The key lime pie and cheesecake weren't bad either. Everything looked and sounded delicious.
But the whole dining experience was almost ruined when we first sat down and got settled. Bo Bo was sleeping well in his stroller, and they were nice enough to let us roll it into the restaurant and park him next to our table. We had just received our drinks when the whole crew showed up at the table next to ours to wish the people there a happy and loud anniversary. Luckily, Bo Bo was a heavy sleeper that night.
Later, Knucklehead was the center of attention. Cape May has paper table-coverings, and lets the kids color on them. Well, Knucklehead decided to draw out his plans for a new ride.

To the untrained eye, this may look like scribble, but our servers/cast members sat patiently, and allowed our future imagineer, Knucklehead, explain that this new ride will contain all the best thrill features contained in Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, the Kali River Rapids, Rockin Rollercoaster, the new Everest Rollercoaster, and the Tower of Terror. He was so proud when Rachel brought other Cast Members over to view his plans. I told Knucklehead I would take a picture of his plans so we could more easily transfer it into a CADD drawing. He thought that was a good idea.
We finished up and headed back over to EPCOT for Illuminations. We found a decent viewing area right there as you enter EPCOT from the Beach Club/Boardwalk area. Knucklehead ended up enjoying it after an initial panic attack. We started out sitting on benches farther away from the show, but when I moved up to stand behind the rest of the crowd, Knucklehead followed.

We strolled slowly out of the park when the show was over and drove home to the POFQ to pack and for our last night's sleep in those oh so comfortable new beds. Saturday was going to be a long day.
