I stayed out of this for quite awhile. I love bags too. Coach being my fav, at least at the moment. I have a few..... quite a few.
I say if it makes you happy, buy what you like. Shouldn't matter if it's a fake bag, or a real one.

DH doesn't understand why I need (NEED) more than one purse LOL. Course, I don't understand why he NEEDS more than one airplane. Guess we are even .
I can usually tell a fake bag from a real one too. Again, to each their own.

DD has flip flop issues too LOL. but she doesn't have any burberry ones! LOL

I almost got myself in trouble yesterday! I stated after seeing part of the "fake" thing on ABC news last night, that my LV Speedy had doubled in price from what I paid for it. His comment was I don't want to even know what you paid. I almost came back with well, it was the same amount as you paid for a block of flying lessons, but I didn't. DD9 chimes in, with a smirk or her face, how much DO you pay for a purse mom? My comeback: $25 ROTFL!

Thanks for the link Blondie. Ever since this thread I've become more "aware" of what purses people carry. I even spent some time in Macy's looking through their Coach bags. Unfortunately they didn't have the tote I've been eyeing! In the meantime I'm carrying around my sturdy little $19.99 canvas bag which works just fine.


And don't even get me started on the flip flop fettish!

I wondered if someone would catch that... RC planes... for now. He has dozens. He's going to some 'show' tomorrow... who knows what he will bring home.. LOL. I don't really care.

THe truth of the matter about "real" planes is that a lot of times you can buy a "real" one for less than a new Corvette! Plus, they retain their value, actually appreciate. We sold our last one (1977 model Piper) for more than we paid for it 4 years earlier! Upkeep is a PITA though! R/C ones are cheaper and you don't have to buy insurance!

crz4mm2, I know what you mean about those "events". DH is supposed to go to one in a few weeks, a "Swap meet" We won't swap anything (he won't anyway, I ain't goin!) but I'm sure he'll come back with some bargains!

He's at an 'event' today SWAP???? Swap? nope. no swapping for him... It will be BUYING only for him!! I don't care. More purses for me
He's never had a "real" plane... YET. He's thought about it though. Lord knows he has had almost everything BUT... Right now he's working on a DRAG TRUCK.................
