Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

i have the same problem as all else. although my 8 missing are all from epcot restaurants. anyone else see only the epcot ones missing

My Garden Grill is listed, but my Le Cellier dinner and my Le Cellier lunch are BOTH gone!

I am on the phone with Disney now - they said the system is not completely finished updating, that's why only some of the restaurants are showing up right now. He assured me all 8 of my reservations are still there even though only 4 are showing up. He is still transferring me to the help desk though to verify each one of them.

I always have the ADR confirmation # sent to my email and print them off that way I can bring them with me when we show up to check in for the meal. If there is a problem when I check in, I have the confirmation # to show that we do have an ADR.

Print the email confirmation you rec'd and take it with you. I'm going to that just in case, mine don't come back. Has anyone called Disney dining to check?

This is starting to stress me out I only have 4 days until I need to make ADRs. They better fix it! And I still need to book my trip I was waiting to book my trip until the new system was up. So hopefully I can call and book my dining and then my trip as well. Hope both systems are working by monday/tuesday.

None of mine are showing up, even when I enter the numbers manually. Thankfully I saved the emails and even entered the numbers, times and restaurants on my cell phone calendar. (I know, compulsive, what can I say)? I can't call till lunch time cuz work really wouldn't understand a long distance call on my line. Hopefully they fix it all before then and everything will show up again.

12 of my 15 were showing up...not Le Cellier or La Hacienda. I went and tried to rebook for the same times, and the same time ADRs were available. Now I'm guessing I might have them double booked and will have to go and cancel one of each? SO confusing!

I think you'll be fine! It's the people who had reservations BEFORE the update that can't access them online. New reservations I've made since the system came back up are there and show up just fine. I booked a couple things in case my original reservations went ka-poof.

Just got off the phone with Disney. Even though I could only pull up 3 reservations online this morning, the rep. that I spoke with was able to pull up ALL of my reservations and even confirmed my daughters' reservation at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. So don't worry if you can't pull them up online, they're still there. The rep. that I just got off the phone with said that she had been working since 7am and every single call that she had was to confirm existing dining reservations not to make any new ones. She said that they do have a backup system in place to make sure that existing reservations are not lost during upgrades to system.

Of course I check the boards every day to get my fix until our trip in November, but this one thread alone has made everything worthwhile! Being able to come here and not only see that we aren't the only one's missing our reservations, but to be able to get the updates from people who were able to talk to the reservation agents has put us at ease. Not to mention saving those poor agents a few more calls!!

I just checked my reservations -- out of 12 reservations not one of them shows up!!!!

I'm on hold with them now.

Theres no rhyme or reason! None of mine are showing up except my fantasnic mama melrose dinner that was somehow put under my old email address! the other 8 that I used my main email to book are not showing up! Thats my Le Cellier Ohana Chef mickeys CRT all of my good stuff! Ill cry if disney lost 'em! I want to call but Im almost afraid they will delete them by accident! I know Im odd!!

I noticed mine are all there now, and they weren't last night. Hopefully everyone's reservations will show up very soon. Nothing like making us worry needlessly!!

I had some showing up and some not. The ones that didn't show up I could not pull with confirmation #. I just made new reservations and they are showing up fine. I could get everything I had on there before. I just hope that I haven't got to do that a couple of times before we go.

Of course, the only ADRs showing up for me are the ones I had to give my credit card for!!! And Ohana for 2 @ 8:40 on 10/27...which I am releasing now if anyone wants it.

Ok, so after 30 min on hold, all of my ressies are intact. A PP said that only the ones that required a CC to hold are showing up, and that is true for me as well. The only oens i am able to retrieve are the ones that required a cc hold.
